These terms cover empractica.com and the programs you sign up for through it. Empractica, LLC runs the site and the programs. By using the site or signing up, you agree to them.

Signing up and paying

You sign up for AI Days on this site. Checkout for the AI Boot Camp, Build for Scale and AI Deep Sprints happens on Circle, our community platform, and Circle’s own terms also apply there. Prices and dates are the ones shown when you sign up.

Refunds

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Using what you learn

The templates, guides and recordings we give you are for you and your company to use. Please don’t resell them or share them outside your company.

Recordings

Sessions may be recorded. Recordings go to people with a seat in that program, for the time their seat includes.

AI tools

We teach you to use AI tools made by other companies. You’re responsible for how you use them in your business, including what data you give them, and their terms apply to that use. Check AI output before you rely on it; that’s what the Four Questions are for.

No guaranteed results

We’ll teach you and help you build. What it does for your business depends on your business and the work you put in, so we can’t promise a particular result.

Changes

If a session has to move, we’ll tell you as early as we can. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
