Refund Policy

Both paid programs come with the same kind of guarantee: try it properly, and if it isn’t for you, tell us before the deadline and we’ll refund you. You do have to show up for the part before the deadline; we can’t refund a program you didn’t try.

AI Boot Camp

Come to day 1 and do the work. If it’s not for you, tell us before day 2 starts and we’ll refund you. You do have to attend day 1.

Build for Scale

Attend every session through the first session of week 2. If it’s not for you, tell us before the second session of week 2 starts and we’ll refund you. If you didn’t attend those sessions, we can’t refund it.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@empractica.com from the address you signed up with, before the deadline for your program. We refund to the card or account you paid with. A refund ends your access to that program’s sessions, replays and materials.

Free events

AI Days and the free community cost nothing, so there’s nothing to refund.
